Lee Grading is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking hard working employees for several This position is responsible for many tasks that require NO minimum education or specialized training or vocational school experience. The General Laborer's responsibilities include ensuring worksites are clean and safe, moving dirt and equipment on-site, assisting co-workers, leaders and superintendent instructions.

Role to directly supervises grading crew. Create reports on work to Superintendent. Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects. Knowledgeable in the areas of dirt work, including excavation, grade work, surveying and final excavating work. Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications. Monitors crews for organizational structure, sizing, crew mix ratios, and wage compliance in conjunction with Superintendent.

Role is to operate all sizes of Bulldozer, Excavator, Crawler Loader, and Articulated Truck; and assisting with all aspect of the grading operation. All equipment operators’ are expected to run other equipment such as backhoes and loaders as needed. Equipment operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site.
